However, such globally leading technologies are subject to restraint in the initial international tenders.

"Why? Because it is made in China." Zhang Xiangkun said. How to maximize the gold content of this technology? How to take an absolute advantage in the fiercely competitive international market? Zhang Xiangkun thought of standardization. As a result, they began the "very 6 + 1" standardization and innovation development.

"1" is the world's leading raw material utilization rate, coal blending rate, heat balance efficiency, oxygen concentration, safety performance, emission indicators and other actual data of the oxygen bottom furnace, making the control index standard for this technology product.

"6" is the development of six closed-circuit circular economy chain standards such as oxygen bottom blowing carbonless smelting, smelting waste heat and residual pressure power generation, smelting flue gas utilization acid production, sewage acid sewage treatment, copper anode mud treatment, and other chains. Oxygen bottom furnace epitaxial technology, process, equipment, supporting standards.

The effect of standardization is obvious. On August 8, the largest copper mining company in the world, Chile’s state-owned copper company, and Dongying Fangyuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement. At present, more than a dozen companies in China have adopted this technology. Mines and smelters in Canada, Australia, and Africa have adopted or are preparing to adopt this technology for technological transformation and upgrading.

“The technology is advanced, it has the characteristics of strong raw material adaptability, low energy consumption without carbon smelting, good cyclical economic benefits, and zero emission of environmental protection. It has made the world’s leading advantages into a series of standards, and has developed technologies and technologies with independent intellectual property rights. The service is packaged into products, outsourced to professional manufacturing companies, and the front end of the industrial interest chain is targeted. It is right to sell the standard in the international non-ferrous industry, said Zhang Xiangkun.

Standardization

The level of standardization represents the level of industrial development and economic development.

Dongying City is the 16th national high-tech industrial standardization demonstration area in the country, and the province's first prefecture-level national high-tech industry standardization demonstration area. It is reported that the work of the standardized demonstration area in 2014 entered the innovation stage. In the standard R&D field, 215 technical implementation standard conversions were completed, 112 experts participated in standard R&D, 6 professional working groups provided support, 50 technologies were listed in the national standard plan, and a batch of compound expert teams were established, adding 16 key points project.

As an oil-intensive city, the National Petroleum Equipment Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was established in 2011. It is one of the key projects for Dongying City's quality supervision system to implement Dongying's "yellow and blue" strategic plan and promote the construction of an international exchange center for the petroleum equipment industry base.
