On August 6, Dongfeng Nissan's three major centers, including Qichen Modeling Center, Dongfeng Nissan Advanced Engineering Technology Center and Dongfeng Nissan University, formally laid the foundation stone at Fengshen Avenue in Huadu, Guangzhou.
It is understood that the total investment of the three major foundations of the Dongfeng Nissan foundation will be approximately 500 million yuan and the area will be approximately 86,000 square meters. The first phase of the main project is expected to be completed in 2015. The three centers will be responsible for Dongfeng Nissan's product modeling design, engineering technology development and enterprise innovative talent cultivation. The completion of the three major centers will greatly increase the R&D strength of the front end of the Dongfeng Nissan value chain and will also promote the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy.
