(2) Construction bolt technology and requirements

2 Bolt drilling is completed by a single bolt rig. The drilling depth of the bolt is required to be ≥1950mm; Ensure the drilling angle, after the drill drills to the predetermined hole depth, reduce the anchor machine and clear the hole.

3 Put 2 pieces of CK2355 resin anchoring agent, put the bolt body on the tray and put the nut, insert the special agitator at the end of the rod and connect it with the bolting machine head, insert the rod end into the hole with the medicine roll installed, and raise it. The anchor machine feeds the medicine roll at the orifice into the bottom of the hole.

4 Use the bolt rig to stir the medicine roll. The mixing time is strictly controlled at 15~30S. At the same time, the mixing process is required to be carried out continuously. The middle of the process should not be interrupted. Wait for 1 minute after stopping the stirring. Tighten the nut with the bolt rig to make the bolt have a certain pre- Tight force.

5 The anchor pitch error shall not exceed the design value ±100mm.

(3) Construction anchor cable technology and requirements

Process flow: anchor cable hole position - construction anchor cable drilling - installation of anchoring agent - installation anchor cable - tension pretensioning.

The depth of 1 hole is controlled within 6100~6200mm.

4 pieces of anchor cable: Wait 15 minutes, install the channel steel, lock, pull the anchor cable with a tensioning jack to the pre-tightening force of 12T or more and then remove the jack.

5 Anchor cable spacing error shall not exceed the design value ± 100mm.

(4) Spraying construction technology and requirements:

1 Spraying with PZ-5 type shotcrete machine, the thickness of each initial spray should not be less than 30mm, and then re-spray.

2 When spraying, the distance between the nozzle and the surface to be sprayed is required to be maintained between 0.8 and 1.2 m, and the nozzle is perpendicular to the surface to be sprayed, spirally rotating, and the moving radius is 200 to 300 mm.

3 Shotcrete should be strictly proportioned, and the ground should be mixed evenly into the well. The dosage of quick-setting agent is generally 3%~4% of the weight of the cement. The location of the watering can be increased appropriately, and it is mixed with the loading. -

4 The tidal content of the sprayed concrete material is suitable for holding the ball in a hand, loosening the hand and lifting it without floating dust.

5 Before spraying concrete, it is necessary to carefully follow the midline to find the contour and use the hanging line to spray. Guaranteed spray thickness and surface flatness.

6 When spraying concrete, first spray 30-50mm, and then re-spray into the lane after solidification. Whether it is initial spray or double spray, the sprayed rock surface must be flushed with pressurized water before spraying to flush the floating dust.

7 After the concrete is sprayed, the roadway should be maintained regularly, and the water should be sprayed every small batch for the first 7 days. After 7 days, it should be washed with water every day. The curing time is not less than 28 days.

8 To ensure the quality of the sprayed material, the cement uses the products of the regular manufacturer, the sand and the stone should not contain the sundries and the soil, and the expired and damp-degraded cement and quick-setting agent are strictly prohibited.

9 Wash the sand and stone with water and mix the mixture before mixing. The mixture is used up on duty to prevent failure. The spray rebound rate does not exceed 15%.

Shotcrete quality requirements
