It can be said that the level, variety and production capacity of the machine tool directly reflect the comprehensive strength of a country's industry, and the birth of China's machine tools is slightly lagging behind the United States and Germany. After nearly half of the world's development, Chinese machine tools lag far behind Germany. In the United States, Japan and other countries, domestic machine tools are mainly low-end economy and mid-range popular machine tools, 70% to 80% of the machine tool market share, 90% of the system popularization and advanced type are occupied by foreign companies. Local machine tools still have a big gap with foreign machine tools in terms of accuracy and reliability.
At present, in the machine tool products, China's low-end products have certain strength, but high-end machine tools are still short-board, and high-end machine tools are necessary for the four major fields of aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and power generation equipment manufacturing. It is necessary, although the country has implemented the "high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" technology major projects, and plans to achieve 80% of the high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment required for the four major areas by 2020, but only the Jiji machine tool is currently large. A high-efficiency CNC automatic stamping production line has successfully realized commercialization, and it is still necessary to continue efforts on key components and high-end CNC systems.
Chen Huiren, executive vice president and secretary general of the China Machine Tool Industry Association, said that only improving the technical level is the way out. In this regard, China put forward a series of recommendations for the development of machine tools in 2014:
1. In research and development, the implementation of innovative development strategy based on the existing special support of the country, with the enterprise as the theme and innovation as the driving force, in view of the fact that the machine tool belongs to the industry with large investment and slow effect, it can not achieve long-term development only by the enterprise itself. It is necessary for many enterprises to participate in the research and development of common technologies, and at the same time introduce the participation of research institutes and implement public-private partnerships to promote research and development; at the national level, it is necessary to increase basic research investment and R&D personnel training.
2. The machine tool industry must adjust the existing industrial structure and exert high-end on the basis of the existing mid-end results. On the one hand, it needs to face the competitive pressure of foreign products and joint-venture products to squeeze the domestic mid-end market. , squeeze into the high-end market, get rid of the grim situation that is subject to people.
In the future, with the increasing emphasis on domestic high-end machine tools, local machine tool brands will usher in a new period of development after strengthening talent training.
