Due to the expansion needs of Xinjiang Kashi Copper Mine, the ore dressing test samples were sent twice in the middle of January and the second half of February, and the ore was entrusted to Xi'an Tianzhou Mining Technology Development Co., Ltd. The purpose of the test is to provide a reasonable technical process and technical indicators for the mine through the optional test of ore, which provides a reference for the expansion.
In the middle of January, the test samples were sent from the shaft, Xijing, Dongjing, 2 # , 2 # , and 3 # wells. According to the requirements of the mine: shaft, Xijing, Dongjing, with one test sample (sulfurized ore), containing 3.29% copper. 2 #井下, 2 #井上, 3 # Well is a test sample (oxidized ore) with 0.79% copper. In the second half of February, the second time, the sample was sent with a high oxidation rate and a low copper grade (0.51% copper). The mine required the shaft, Dongjing and Xijing, and the ore grade was allocated to about 1%. Therefore, it becomes a mixed mine.
After a lot of work, the testers can finally get the following indicators:
Sulfide ore: copper concentrate grade 41.31%, copper recovery rate 94.75%;
Oxidized ore: copper concentrate grade 15.73%, copper recovery rate 88.82%;
Mixed ore: copper concentrate grade 29.20%, copper recovery rate 93.16%.
Conclusion:
(I) In this test, a total of three ore process tests were carried out. The grade of sulfide ore copper concentrate was 41.31%, the recovery rate was 94.75%, the grade of oxidized ore copper concentrate was 15.73%, and the recovery rate was 88.82%. The ore grade is 29.20%, and the copper recovery rate is 93.16%.
(II) Oxidation ore selection copper collector TZ-109, TZ-109 is developed by Xi'an Tianzhou Mining Technology Development Co., Ltd. The effect of TZ-109 plus butyl yellow medicine on copper oxide is obvious.
(3) It is suggested that in the future, the ore dressing plant should not treat the oxidized ore separately, and the oxidized ore and sulphide ore should be treated together to improve the flotation effect.
