As shown in the table, the bactericidal rate (45.35%) of the product with rutile-type titanium dioxide added under the same conditions of other substances is much lower than that of the product with the same amount of sharp iron -type titanium dioxide (99.28%). It proves that the antibacterial property of anatase titanium dioxide is significantly better than that of rutile titanium dioxide.
