Giving Back Through Education

With years of experience in manufacturing, we understand the pressing challenges facing the industry, particularly labor shortages in metal fabrication. That’s why we’re proud supporters of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, a local trade school. Our annual Mid Atlantic Machinery Classic—a popular golf tournament—raised over $70,000 in 2023 and aims to reach $100,000 in 2024. All proceeds go directly to the Thaddeus Stevens Foundation, empowering students with scholarships and opportunities they might not otherwise have access to. It’s a cause close to our hearts and reflects our commitment to education, community involvement, and integrity.

Fluid Bed Granulator

Raw material (free-flowing dry powder or small granules ) is loaded in the granulating bowl of which the bottom is made by perforated plate. Clean hot air flows through the perforated plate to completely fluidize the material. Meanwhile, liquid binder is sprayed onto the fluidized material. Fine powder collides with droplets and stick together to form granules or agglomerates with good flowability and instant solubility.
