However, infrastructure such as charging is not in place, and it is the biggest “roadblocker†on the road of new energy vehicles. To this end, Beijing, Shanghai, Hefei and other cities have introduced the provisions of the new standard "standard" charging piles to alleviate the "mileage anxiety" of new energy vehicle users.
In the encouragement policy for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles issued by the Nanchang Municipal Government at the end of last year, it was also explicitly proposed to unify the planning of new energy vehicle charging facilities in the public sector of the city, and to incorporate charging facilities and supporting power grid construction and transformation into urban construction planning. We will strive to complete the construction of the basic framework for urban new energy vehicle charging facilities within three years, basically meeting the charging requirements of new energy vehicles.
To this end, the planning department of Nanchang City will clearly require in the planning and design conditions of urban public large-scale social parking lots, no less than 20% of parking spaces must reserve new energy vehicle charging facilities; at the same time, relevant plans will be revised to clarify new urban residential areas.
