Hey everyone! I just came across some exciting news from the Leyden Fire Protection District in Illinois. They’re really stepping up their game by ordering their second Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance. This one is built on a 2018 Ford E450 chassis, and it's quite impressive. The ambulance features a large module that includes the patented Cool Bar HVAC system, which helps maintain optimal temperature inside during both hot and cold weather. It also has Whelen interior and exterior LED lighting, giving it that sleek and professional look while ensuring maximum visibility during emergencies. Plus, the custom cabinetry is designed to enhance their EMS operations, making everything more organized and efficient.
What stood out to me was how Leyden continues to show trust in Fire Service, Inc. and their products. It’s great to see a fire district investing in top-notch equipment like this. According to the post, they should expect delivery within the next 90 days.
