Install the injector of the small diesel generator on the tester, shake the joystick 60 to 70 times per minute, and judge the spray quality according to the injection status of the injector, as shown in Figure 5-77.
The specific requirements for small diesel generator injector spray are as follows.
1 The fuel sprayed should be in the form of a mist. The distribution should be fine and uniform. There should not be obvious splash oil droplets and continuous oil droplets, and there should be no local thick and uneven phenomenon.
2 The beginning and the end of the injection should be obvious and should be accompanied by a crisp sound; there should be no drip before and after the injection; after multiple injections, the vicinity of the injection port should be kept dry or slightly moist.
3 spray cone angle: The normal situation is centered on the centerline of the spout, approximately 40 conical spray.
Inspection method: Place a piece of white paper at 100-200mm just below the injector, shake the small diesel generator's joystick to make the injector spray once, measure the diameter D and the distance from the spray on the white paper. Oil collector mouth distance H, spray cone angle: a = 2arctan (D/2H)
If it does not meet the requirements, the injector should be cleaned; if the requirements are still not met after cleaning, the injector should be replaced.
