Autodesk Acquires Assemble Systems to Strengthen Building Project Lifecycle; Continues Autodesk's Investment in Construction Tech

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — On July 9, 2018, Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) announced the acquisition of Assemble Systems, a Boston-based company specializing in construction data management. This move marks another step in Autodesk’s ongoing effort to bring digital transformation to the construction industry. Assemble Systems offers a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps construction professionals manage and integrate BIM (Building Information Modeling) data into critical project workflows such as estimating, scheduling, bid management, site operations, and financial planning. The integration of Assemble's technology with Autodesk's BIM 360 platform is expected to enhance collaboration and efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. “Joining the Autodesk family is an exciting opportunity for Assemble Systems,” said Don Henrich, CEO of Assemble Systems. “We've worked closely with Autodesk to drive innovation in construction, and we're thrilled to continue this mission together.” Autodesk’s CEO, Andrew Anagnost, emphasized the strategic value of the acquisition. “This acquisition strengthens our ability to connect design and construction data through the cloud, making the preconstruction phase more predictable and profitable,” he said. With over 174 customers, spanning nearly 1,000 locations and managing 12,700 projects, Assemble Systems has already made a significant impact on the industry. Notably, one-fourth of the ENR 400 companies use their platform. The deal was structured using a mix of cash and stock, and Autodesk has committed to offsetting the share issuance through its stock repurchase program. No impact on the company’s 2018 guidance was expected. Looking ahead, the integration of Assemble’s tools with BIM 360 is expected to unlock new possibilities for construction teams worldwide, enabling better decision-making, greater transparency, and improved project outcomes. Alloy Steel Boiler Tube

Alloy Steel Tube is mainly used in power plant, nuclear power plant, high-pressure boiler, high-temperature superheater and reheater and other high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines and equipment. It is made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel, which is hot-rolled (extruded, expanded) or cold-rolled (drawn).

The biggest advantage of boiler alloy tube is that it can be 100% recycled, which is in line with the national strategy of environmental protection, energy saving and resource saving. The national policy encourages the expansion of the application field of boiler alloy tube. The consumption of alloy tube for boiler in China accounts for the total proportion of steel is only half of the developed countries. The use field of alloy tube for boiler expands to provide broader space for the development of the industry.

The main steel grade we used for producing Alloy Steel Boiler Tube are: T2,T5,T9,T11,T12,T21,T22,T23,T24,T36,T91,T92,T911
