Application
The TY series oil purifier is widely used for filtering turbine lubricating oil in the power, metallurgical, and chemical engineering industries. It is highly effective at breaking emulsions, dehydrating, and removing substances such as soap, gelatin, acid, pigment, and metal particles from emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oils. This machine is also suitable for turbine oil used in other machinery and electric power equipment.

1. The machine uses coalescence and separation technology along with Duplex-Stereo film evaporation, equipped with advanced dewatering and degassing components that can rapidly and effectively separate water and gas from oil.
2. An optimized electric heating system with an automatic temperature controller ensures even and stable oil temperature.
3. A precise multi-stage filtration system helps remove various impurities, using high-quality filter elements with strong pollutant retention and long service life.
4. Advanced infrared oil level control and pressure protection devices ensure safe and simple operation.
5. It can purify any type of turbine oil used in steam turbines and water turbines online and on-site.
6. An air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the vacuum vessel, extending the service life of the vacuum pump and avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.
7. Optional digital flow meter and timer can be installed to calculate and record the output oil volume and working hours.
8. The aluminum electric control cabinet offers heat dissipation and anti-explosion features.
