Application
The TY series oil purifier is widely used for filtering turbine lubricating oil in the electric power, metallurgical, and chemical engineering industries. It excels at breaking emulsions, dehydration, and removing soap, gelatin, acid, pigment, and metal particulates from emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil, as well as turbine oil used in other machinery and electrical equipment.

Features
1. It uses coalescence and separation technology combined with a Duplex-Stereo film evaporation system, equipped with advanced dewatering and degassing components to quickly and effectively separate water and gas from oil.
2. An optimized electric heating system with an automatic temperature controller ensures even and stable oil temperature.
3. A precise multi-stage filtration system helps remove various impurities, featuring high-quality filter elements that can hold pollutants efficiently and last longer.
4. Advanced infrared oil level control and pressure protection devices make operation simple and safe.
5. The machine can purify any type of turbine oil used in steam turbines and water turbines, both online and on-site.
6. An air-cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the vacuum vessel, extending the service life of the vacuum pump and avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.
7. The machine can be optionally equipped with a digital flow meter and timer to calculate and record the volume of output oil and working hours.
8. The aluminum electric control cabinet offers heat dissipation and anti-explosion features.
