Application and Features
Application
The TYA series can rapidly degas, dehydrate, and remove impurities and volatile substances (such as ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.). It enhances oil quality, restores lubricating oil viscosity, increases flash point, and improves operational performance. It ensures the normal operation of hydraulic and dynamic systems, making it suitable for various industries, including mining, metallurgy, power, transportation, and manufacturing. It regenerates used hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, coolant oil, and machine oil.

Working Principle
When the machine starts working, used oil is poured into the heater under vacuum pressure. The heated oil enters the primary filter, which removes large impurities. Then, the oil flows through the special radiation device, creating a large surface area, exposing the polluted oil to a low humidity atmosphere, thus removing water, air, and gas. The treated vapor and gas form a gaseous mixture, which becomes liquid through the water tank and chiller condensation, then enters the water receiver, while the vacuum extracts the excess gas. The oil drained of water flows into the precision strainer to remove particulates (oil purification). Depending on the water content, the entire purification process may require multiple cycles to remove water effectively.
