Recently, the continuous output of urea from small bags on the packaging line marked the official start of production for the urea small-packaging equipment at the Talim Southwest Oil Fertilizer Plant. This milestone represents a significant step forward in the plant's efforts to meet growing market demands for more flexible and precise packaging solutions.
To better serve customer needs, the plant invested heavily in technological upgrades this year, including the installation of new urea small-packaging equipment. The upgrade also introduced additional printing and packaging options, allowing for greater customization and improved product presentation.
The newly introduced packaging line is capable of handling two sizes—25 kg and 40 kg—simultaneously, ensuring greater efficiency and flexibility in meeting diverse market requirements. In addition to enhancing productivity, the system has significantly improved packaging accuracy, reducing the error margin from 200 grams to ±50 grams per bag. This level of precision ensures consistent quality and enhances customer satisfaction.
Another key feature of the upgrade is the introduction of 6-color printing on the packaging bags, which greatly enhances the visual appeal of the products. This not only improves brand recognition but also makes the products more attractive to end users.
During the equipment upgrade, the plant also modernized its dust removal system, further improving the working environment and reducing environmental impact. These improvements reflect the plant’s commitment to both operational excellence and sustainability.
According to recent reports, as of August 10, the plant has successfully completed the trial production of 200 tons of small-bag urea. This marks a successful phase in the implementation of the new packaging line and paves the way for full-scale commercial production in the near future. The project is expected to boost the plant’s competitiveness and expand its market reach.
