Working Principle
The system uses a pressure sensor or flow meter to convert signals into electrical input for the control box. After processing, the signal is sent to the inverter, which adjusts the motor speed by changing the frequency, thereby controlling the pump's output. This ensures that the water pressure at a specific point remains constant while adjusting the flow rate based on water demand, achieving energy savings and improved reliability.
Multiple pumps are connected in parallel. When water usage is less than or equal to one pump’s capacity, the variable frequency pump starts. As usage increases beyond this, additional pumps are activated, and the variable frequency pump regulates flow. When usage decreases, the frequency pumps are turned off one by one until only the variable frequency pump remains operational.
The system also includes a pressure pump or tank to store pressurized water during low usage periods, reducing the need for the variable frequency pump to run continuously, thus enhancing energy efficiency. The unit consists of one to four main pumps, a constant pressure pump (or pressure tank), pipelines, valves, automation instruments, and a control cabinet, making it compact and easy to install. It undergoes rigorous factory testing for stable performance and long-term reliability.
