Principle
The system uses a pressure sensor or flow meter to convert data into electrical signals, which are then processed by the control box and sent to the inverter. The inverter adjusts the motor speed by changing the frequency, allowing the pump to operate at variable speeds. This maintains constant pressure at a set point while adjusting flow based on water demand, achieving energy savings and improved reliability. Multiple pumps are connected in parallel. When water usage is low, only the variable frequency pump operates. As demand increases, additional pumps are activated, while the variable frequency pump manages regulation. When usage decreases, the frequency pumps are turned off one by one until only the variable frequency pump remains. A pressure tank or pump is also included to store pressurized water when demand is low, reducing energy consumption. The system includes one to four main pumps, a constant pressure pump (or tank), pipelines, valves, automation instruments, and a control box, offering compact design and ease of installation. Rigorous factory testing ensures stable and reliable performance.
