Q: Are you manufacturer or trade company?
A: We are a manufacturer and our factory is located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, China. Welcome to visit.
Q: What's the regular MOQ for your product, and delivery time?
A: 10,000 pcs for bolt/cable seal; 200 pcs for barrier seal; 50,000 pcs for other types of seals. Delivery time usually takes about 15 days.
Q: Could I buy 1 pc sample first, and how much for it?
A: Yes, samples are available and free of charge, but the shipping fees are paid by the buyer. Shipping methods include:
1). Arrange courier to pick up from us;
2). Provide your courier account for us to arrange;
3). If the above two options are not available, we can send via our account after receiving payment via Western Union/Paypal/TT. Please contact us for courier costs.
Q: How long for the delivery of samples? And could I put my own logo on the sample?
A: 24 hours after shipping fees are confirmed.
Yes, we can do custom logos on the samples by laser printing.
Q: What's the payment terms?
A: 30% deposit, 70% before delivery via T/T, PayPal, or Western Union.
Q: What's the lead time for bulk orders?
A: Please inquire us as it depends on the quantity and print requirements.
Q: If we want to develop some new items, but maybe we just have some ideas, how can you help? Do you have someone to design according to my concept?
A: Of course, we have a professional design team to assist our customers with design work. We can also create a new mold based on your idea. Generally, if your order quantity is sufficient, we can refund the mold cost to you.
