China's Waste-to-Use Tire Comprehensive Utilization Promotion Conference will be held in Beijing from January 7th to 8th next year. The conference aims to promote the implementation of the "Outline of China's Comprehensive Utilization of Resources Technology Policy" and "Tire Industry Policy". Promote the comprehensive utilization of waste tire resources, relieve resources and environmental pressure, and cultivate strategic emerging industries.
The main contents of this conference include: Interpretation of the "Outline of China's Comprehensive Utilization of Resources Technology Policy" and "Tire Industry Policy", "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" National Recycling Resources Comprehensive Utilization Planning and Introduction of Fiscal and Taxation Policies, Non-three-Package Tire Treatment Measures, and Tire Wear The “Exclusive Implementation Regulations†discusses the status quo and prospects of tire manufacturing enterprises entering the retreading industry, the introduction of tire wear limit control methods at home and abroad, and the latest detection technology for retreaded tire casings. Reclaimed rubber and rubber powder are used in tires, railways, highways, and building materials. The application, introduction of waste tire pyrolysis and high-precision product technology and equipment, analysis of downstream rubber market and demand for rubber powder, etc. The conference will set up two main venues as well as tire renewal and waste tires.
It is understood that during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, China's auto production and sales both exceeded 13 million, ranking first in the world. As the rubber resources consumed by tire production account for about 70% of the total rubber consumption in the country, this makes China's rubber consumption and import volume increase. Among them, the import dependency of natural rubber has exceeded 75% for many years. At the same time, the production of waste tires in China is also increasing. In 2009, the amount of waste tires in China reached 200 million. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the comprehensive utilization of used tires and develop a recycling economy to ensure the safety of the rubber industry and even national security.
