Mount Prospect FD updated

Dennis McGuire, Jr. recently captured a series of photos that showcase the updated equipment across all units at the three Mount Prospect fire stations. These images offer a fresh look at the department's modernized fleet and facilities. The Mount Prospect Fire Department operates with a total of four fire engines, one tower ladder, two rescue squads, four ambulances, a dive trailer, a warming bus, and a battalion chief's vehicle. The tower ladder and three of the engines are manufactured by Pierce, while all four ambulances were built by Medtec. Additional units come from various other manufacturers, reflecting a diverse range of equipment tailored to meet the department’s needs. These updates highlight the ongoing commitment of the department to maintain state-of-the-art resources for emergency response. The new photos provide a visual update on the current status of their apparatus, offering a clearer picture of how the team is equipped to serve the community. Each image in the gallery gives a close-up view of different units, including an ambulance, a fire engine, and a squad unit. The photos, taken by Dennis McGuire, Jr., add a personal touch and help bring the department’s efforts to life for those who follow their work.
