A: Generally within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.

A: Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be paid via T/T before delivery.

Q: Do you produce shelves with different kinds of materials?

Q: What are main rack and add-on rack?
A: The difference between these two kinds of racks lies in the uprights. A main rack has 2 uprights, while an add-on rack has only 1. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure would be 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
Q: What is the manner of packing?
A: Generally, shelves are flat-packed using air bubble film or film in standard export cartons. Other packaging like wooden boxes is available upon client request.
