It takes a long time to replace the template. Since each time the template is changed, measurement and adjustment are performed, which takes a long time. The size of the inner hole of the porcelain sleeve is determined by the horizontal distance from the template to the center of the blanking machine. The position of the inflection point in the vertical direction of the inner hole is determined by the upper and lower positions of the template installation, and must be consistent with the inflection point position of the outer umbrella.

The template adjustment is difficult and the number of blanks used to adjust the template is large. The shape of the inner hole is determined by the perpendicularity of the template, except for the shape of the template. In addition, the height error of each blank is large (about several hundred millimeters), so the adjustment of the template is very difficult, and it needs to be repeated several times to meet the requirements. Every time you adjust the template, you need to process a product to check. Each template needs to be adjusted 2 to 3 times to adjust. Therefore, the blank is wasted seriously. The value of a large porcelain sleeve is about 10,000 yuan.
