We have new updates regarding the upcoming delivery of the **4th new Spartan/Crimson 103' aerial** for the Chicago Fire Department. According to our latest information, this unit will be assigned to **Truck 56**. In addition, we’ve obtained images of two of the newly arrived trucks that are still without official company numbers. These units are labeled as **E337** and **E338**, and both are designated as **ALS (Advanced Life Support)** units.
The first image shows **E337**, a brand-new Spartan/Crimson 103' aerial ladder truck, currently awaiting its official assignment. It’s still in the pre-deployment phase, with no service number yet applied. The second image features **E338**, which is also a 103' aerial but marked as an **RM ALS** unit. Both vehicles appear to be in the final stages of preparation before being officially deployed into service.
In a third photo, both E337 and E338 are shown together, likely during a pre-assignment inspection or testing phase. This gives us a rare look at the new fleet before they are officially put into action. As always, we’ll continue monitoring these units and will provide further updates as more details become available. Stay tuned for more news on the Chicago Fire Department's newest additions.
