What are the contents of the eccentric bushing of the cone crusher?

The main parts of the eccentric bushings should be repaired and replaced if they are used to the following extent:

(1) If the outer cone of the eccentric bushing wears more than 3 mm, it should be replaced;

(2) The clearance between the straight bushing and the eccentric bushing is more than double the original assembly clearance (see Table 3); the straight sleeve has cracks, more than 1/3 of the circumference or height, and if one of the above is used, the straight sleeve should be replaced;

(3) The gap between the taper sleeve and the upper part of the main shaft, which is more than double the original assembly clearance (see Table 3) or severe cracks should be replaced;

(4) If the tooth thickness of the conical large gear is more than 20%, it shall be replaced;

(5) The lower end thrust bearing pad of the eccentric bushing shall be replaced if the wear non-parallel deviation exceeds 0.1 mm or the thickness wears more than 5 mm.
