The heat dissipation of the coil adopts the water internal cooling method, which has the advantages of good cooling effect, low cost and no noise. Sorting ring: It consists of ring body and sorting medium (tooth plate). The whole sorting ring is divided into 79 sorting chambers by non-magnetic separator. (Single sorting chamber can avoid magnetic resonance and eliminate ring jitter) Each sorting room has 2 single-sided tooth plates and 11 double-sided tooth plates. The tooth plates are separated by 2.5 mm thick non-magnetic stainless steel sheets to form 12 sorting gaps. The height of the tooth plate is 125 mm and the tooth angle is 110°. The composition can be pointed to the valley or pointed to the tip. 6 feeding points, composed of 6 sorting systems.
Second, the working process sorting swivel rotates slowly in the magnetic field. When the sorting chamber enters the magnetic field, the tooth plate is rapidly magnetized. At this time, the selected materials are respectively fed to the six sorting points by the slurry distributor, and the weak magnetic ore particles are sucked on the tooth plate and rotated with the sorting ring. The non-magnetic ore particles pass through the gap of the tooth plate under the action of gravity and slurry flow, and are discharged into the tailings trough in the lower part of the sorting ring.
When the sorting room is transferred to the middle mine cleaning position, a small amount of washing water is given to the person, and the mixed gangue, the raw body and the slime are washed into the tailings tank (the machine is not provided with the medium ore tank) to improve the quality of the concentrate. the goal of. When the sorting chamber is turned to a position where the magnetic field is weak (concentrate flushing area), the pressurized water is sprayed, and the weak magnetic mineral particles sucked on the tooth plate are flushed into the concentrate tank. The sorting chamber is then transferred to another magnetic field region of opposite polarity, and the sorting ring is rotated one revolution per revolution, wherein each sorting chamber is repeated six times.
SQC-6-2770 type strong magnetic separator has been used in the selection of limonite and hematite in Jiangxi Tiekeng Iron Mine, Hubei Daye Stone Mouth Copper Iron Ore, Daye Copper Mountain Copper Iron Ore Mine. The selection effect is good. The industrial test index for the separation of limonite is: the iron grade in the ore is 34.45%; after one rough selection and one sweep, the grade of iron concentrate is 50.29%; the iron recovery is 70.57%; the lower limit of effective recovery is 20 microns.
The machine can also be used for the removal of iron from kaolin (when iron minerals are mainly in the form of limonite or hematite).
