The concentrate is dehydrated in the second stage. The final concentrate water is 10~12% for lead and zinc and 14% for sulfur.
1985 beneficiation plant power consumption 33.5kw.h / t, where crushing and screening 3.2kw.h / t, grinding 8.8 kw.h / t, flotation 9.5 kw.h / t, concentrate dewatering 7.0 kw.h / t, water supply 5.0 kw.h/t.
According to the characteristics of the ore, the plant adopts a floatable process to improve the grade of lead concentrate and the production index is stable. From 1980 to 1985, the grade of lead concentrate has been 71~72%, the recovery rate is 89~91%, the grade of zinc concentrate is 44~44.5%, and the recovery rate is 92~93%. Concentrate dewatering gradually adopts high-efficiency jet pump instead of water ring vacuum pump. Although there is no significant difference between the two, the jet pump can reduce the power consumption by 40%, which is equivalent to 2.8kw.h/t per ton of concentrate. It is one of the factories with low power consumption in China's lead-zinc ore dressing plant.
