INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are made of high-quality synthetic materials, suitable for most media carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are designed to match automotive pipe systems perfectly. The design and production strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can customize it according to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in design.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These rings are designed to resist aging, corrosion, and swelling from various fluids. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings, enhancing mechanical properties and preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring there is no risk of the rings falling off or shifting. This provides excellent sealing security.

These connectors are ideal for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, as well as ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems and their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button to unlock it easily. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
