Delfast, one of the top technological startups in Ukraine, is now working on the design and development of a new electric tricycle called Trike, supported by the USAID program "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" (KEU).

The Delfast Trike is an electric three-wheeler designed for small and medium businesses as well as individual entrepreneurs. It features a cargo platform at the back, making it adaptable to various business needs. The platform can be used to carry boxes or converted into a mobile kiosk for selling coffee, ice cream, or any other street goods like newspapers, souvenirs, or flowers. It can also serve as a mobile advertising platform or even a tourist transport option—similar to a tuk-tuk.

This electric tricycle could be a great solution for small businesses, especially in developing countries, as well as delivery services around the world. It can also be useful for workers such as plumbers, electricians, repair technicians, and more.

Delfast has extensive experience in producing electric bikes for couriers, as the company was originally launched as an eco-friendly delivery service in 2014. From the start, Delfast aimed to develop the perfect electric bike for its own delivery operations, and they succeeded. The Delfast delivery service, based in Kyiv, still operates today, providing services to individual customers, online stores, and restaurants. Moreover, Delfast is an international manufacturer of top-tier electric bikes.

Delfast thanks the USAID "Competitive Economy of Ukraine" program for their support in designing and developing this new product, which is highly needed by couriers and the services they support. Especially during times when the work they do is highly valued, such as during the quarantine period. Our goal is to make this new electric tricycle affordable, convenient, high-quality, and efficient.
