*Stainless steel DDC with 12 steam injectors and 6 liquid nozzles.
*The gearbox can stand strong torque and thrust up to 400hp.
*Jacket design barrel with liner can achieve heating/cooling function. Steam and water can also beÂ
injected directly into the barrel.
*Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with L/D ratio up to 18:1 that assures smoothly productionÂ
for all kinds of sinking/floating feed.
*Fast replacing mechanism for die and screw and on-line adjustment for cutter.

(1)Â Â Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely. But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
(2)Â Â Commissioning services: the product's installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until get your agreement.
(3)Â Â Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
(4)Â Â Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you enquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
(5)Â Â Lifelong services: we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount price.
