TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Standard offers are with manual temperature control with valve opening/closing, whereas as in case of accurate temperature control requirement high pressure close loop thermo-fluid circuits with Electrical Heaters & pumps can be offered to control the temperature in ±1oC 

ACCESSORIES: (OPTIONAL) Talcum unit, Post Extrusion Conveyors, Roller Die Head Units, Spray Coolers, Strip Winders, Blank storing Circular trays can be offered at extra cost.

Steel Frame,  Platform and Stairs for Boiler:
The frame work is mental construction which can operate safely under 7 degree seismic intensity. Adopt diagonal bracing to strengthen in over 7 degree seismic intensity area. The steel frame is delivered in bulk and installed at site.
Arrange platform at furnace top, header, manhole, examine hole and soot blower to observe, operate and overhaul easily. Every platform is connected by stairs.The platform and stairs are twin channel arrangement. The boiler left and right can be passed.
