Machine Description
The WPC pellet production line includes conical twin-screw extruders, blowers, a crusher, and a silo. This system ensures efficient and high-quality processing of wood-plastic composites.
The twin screw and barrel are made from high-quality alloy materials for durable extrusion. Each degassing unit is equipped with a press system to ensure the wood powder is properly fed into the extruder.
A crusher is used to break down the material that comes out of the extruder, ensuring uniform size before further processing.
