Machine Description
The WPC granulation line consists of conical twin screw extruders, wind blowers, a crusher, and a silo. It is designed for efficient production of high-quality wood-plastic composite pellets.
The twin screw and barrel are made from high-quality alloy for durable pellet extrusion. Each degassing chamber is equipped with a press system to ensure the wood powder is properly fed into the extruder.
A crusher is used to break down the material after it exits the extruder, ensuring uniform particle size before further processing.
