And rigidity, no deformation during lifting, transportation and installation, GB17467 "high and low voltage integrated substation" impact test requirements, and withstand the following loads and impacts:
a) Top load: The minimum value is 2500N/3. ㄊ髁⒏Han 苫 grasshopper, Han sang, 桓Paper, ditch, mu, 吭test, 晌??.85KN/3 ?/span>
External mechanical impact on panels, doors and vents: The impact energy of external mechanical impact is 20J, and the corresponding protection level is IK10 of GB/T20138.
2.2.2.1.2 The prefabricated cabin frame, door panel and top cover are all made of high-quality steel plates, and it is not allowed to use metal materials such as color steel plate, galvanized plate and other non-metallic cabin bodies such as GRC and Jinbang board.
2.2.2.1.3 The design of the prefabricated cabin shall comply with GB50011-2010 "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" and other relevant standards, meet the seismic requirements of horizontal acceleration of 0.3 (g), vertical acceleration of 0.15 (g), and seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees.
2.2.2.1.4 While the prefabricated cabin adopts the bridge-breaking technology to achieve the thermal insulation effect, sufficient mechanical strength of the cabin shall be ensured. The inner and outer steel plates shall be connected by spot welding through punching slots, the inner and outer steel plates shall be lined with section steel, and independent brackets shall be provided. Calculate and design sufficient supporting structures.
2.2.2.2 Prefabricated cabin corrosion protection
The anti-corrosion treatment of the prefabricated cabin shall follow the ISO 12944 "Corrosion Protection of Paint and Varnish Protective Paint System on Steel Structures", and adopt multiple anti-corrosion processes, including pretreatment, zinc layer, intermediate layer, surface layer and other multiple treatment processes. It is necessary to ensure sufficient roughness on the surface of the steel plate, the thickness of the zinc layer should not be less than 60μm, and the total thickness of the middle layer and surface layer should not be less than 200μm, so as to ensure that the cabin can reach a 40-year anti-corrosion level under the C3 environment.

2.2.2.3 Prefabricated cabin insulation
2.2.2.3.1 The prefabricated cabin shall use "refrigerator" thermal insulation measures and technology, and use double-layer high-quality steel plates (the internal filling is made of polyurethane fireproof insulation materials approved by the Ministry of Construction to ensure the thermal insulation and fire resistance of the entire prefabricated cabin) + environmentally friendly metal Decoration layer. The thickness of the door panel is not less than 48mm, which guarantees the "24-wall" heat preservation effect.
2.2.2.3.2 Except for prefabricated cabins that require higher ventilation and heat dissipation (prefabricated cabins for reactive power compensation, etc.), an air conditioning system should be installed in the cabin to ensure the operating environment of the cabin equipment.
2.2.2.4 Sealing and dustproof of prefabricated cabin
2.2.2.2.1 The prefabricated cabin shall ensure good sealing performance. The cabin body shall be sealed with silicone rubber or EPDM material sealing strips, and the cable inlet and outlet shall be knocked out with sealing rubber rings or seals. The sealing material The life span of the product should be greater than 5 years, and a reasonable replacement plan should be developed and corresponding spare parts should be provided.
2.2.2.5 Prefabricated cabin ventilation
2.2.2.5.1 The ventilation design in the prefabricated cabin shall meet the requirements of DL/T 5035-2004 "Technical Specification for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design of Thermal Power Plants" and other relevant standards.
2.2.2.5.2 When using forced ventilation, the fan shall be an imported, long-life, maintenance-free axial flow fan; the number of fans shall meet the requirements of exhaust air and dehumidification, and the exhaust air must be treated with multiple dust-proof treatments and dust-proof nets. It should be easy to disassemble, install and clean; the exhaust should be equipped with air valve and other structures to ensure the overall protection level of the cabin.
2.2.2.5.3 The cabinet is ventilated smoothly. If necessary, set up an automatic exhaust system to control the start and stop of the electric air inlet valve and forced exhaust axial fan of the cabinet. The air inlet valve and axial fan must be well set Dust removal filter device to ensure dustproof box.

Product description:
With our vast experience & knowledge in this field, we are engaged in manufacturing a quality-assured ranges of Heat Sink.

The material used partly determines the extent of thermal conductivity. Copper and aluminum are the most widely used materials, though aluminum is the more common choice because copper is more expensive and heavier. Aluminum 6061 and 6063 are widely used with a thermal resistance of 166 and 201 W / mK, respectively.
