The main technical indicators of the test: copper concentrate yield 4.70%, grade 27.66%, recovery rate 49.80%; lead concentrate yield 15.38%, lead grade 71.65%, recovery rate 75.12%; zinc concentrate yield 5.15%, zinc grade 58.45%, The recovery rate was 68.41%.

Because the lead concentrate obtained by the closed circuit test contains copper far exceeds the impurity standard, the lead concentrate is removed by copper after the shaker, so that the copper content of the lead concentrate is reduced from 6.44% before the shaker to 2.00% after the shaker, including The zinc was reduced from 4.90% before the shaker to 1.00% after the shaker, and the lead concentrate grade was also increased from 71.65% before the shaker to 84.25% after the shaker.

The closed-circuit tailings were subjected to a shaker recovery lead test to obtain a six-stage lead concentrate with a yield of 1.65%, a grade of 44.20%, and a recovery rate of 5.34%.

The associated element silver is mainly enriched in lead concentrate, with a silver grade of 1224 g/t and a recovery rate of 83.30%, which is effectively recovered. ......

Conclusion:
1. The main recovered minerals of the ore are galena, sphalerite and chalcopyrite. The total amount of lead, zinc and copper minerals is more than 34%, and the content of galena is more than 17.5%. The gangue minerals mainly include garnet and tremolite, followed by feldspar, quartz and sericite. There are 16 kinds of minerals, more metal minerals than gangue minerals, and coarse and high content of metal mineral crystals. It is a remarkable feature of the ore.

2. There are many natural types of ore, various structural structures, close symbiosis, and mutual entrapment is common. Such as garnet wrapped fine galena, chalcopyrite, sphalerite; chalcopyrite coated fine galena, beryllium ore, garnet; sphalerite coated fine galena, chalcopyrite Galena coated sphalerite, chalcopyrite, pyrite and garnet, tremolite, etc. In particular, coarse-grained sphalerite crystal inlays are densely impregnated with finely emulsified chalcopyrite, as well as chalcopyrite-coated galena galena, beryllium copper, metal sulphide filled garnet crystals and cracks. Lead ore is replaced by garnet, tremolite, galena and chalcopyrite. The embedding characteristics of the ore lead to the inability of some lead, zinc and copper minerals to dissociate, which is an important reason for the high mutual content of copper, lead and zinc and low recovery rate during the sorting process.

3. The ore contains about 5% of copper oxide minerals, mainly malachite and blue copper ore, followed by fine-grained copper ore, and also consists of fine-grained pyrite and chalcopyrite. Oxidized brass pyrite, chalcopyrite is oxidized and replaced by malachite and azurite. This part of copper mineral has fine grain size, poor floatability and difficulty in separating copper and lead, which is the main reason for the low copper recovery rate.

4, the ore uses conventional chemicals to suppress lead copper, the effect is poor, through research, we formulated TZ-8 agent, effectively solved the copper-lead separation problem, and achieved cyanide-free flotation. Using TZ-8 agent for the separation of copper and lead, the agent in an amount of chromium potassium little weight, environmental pollution is greatly reduced, production costs are reduced than conventional agents, and stable sorting effect. The lead concentrate with copper and lead separation has a high copper content. The lead concentrate obtained by the shaker treatment is better than the same type of ore at home and abroad.

5, the test shows that the use of TZ-8 agent for copper and lead separation flotation, the mixing time of the agent has a significant impact on the separation effect, production practice should pay attention to strengthen the mixing time of the agent.

6. Recovery of associated element silver, lead concentrate containing 1224 g/ton of silver, silver recovery rate of 83.3%; copper concentrate containing 200 g/ton of silver, silver recovery rate of 4.16%; zinc concentrate containing 125 g/ton of silver, The silver recovery rate is 2.85%. 90% of the silver in lead, copper and zinc concentrates is effectively recovered.

7. The production cost of TZ-8 is relatively high, and it has certain pollution to the environment. 8. The ore is a rare and difficult to choose polymetallic sulfide ore at home and abroad. It is recommended to strictly manage it in production. Workers are required to strictly control the dosage of various chemicals and the flotation tank.
