PVC Pipe Equipment Production Line

This PVC pipe production line is designed for a wide range of applications, including agricultural irrigation systems, building water supply systems, and cable pavement. It can produce PVC pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses. The system consists of a twin-conical (or parallel) screw extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, and tilter. Both the single-screw extruder and haul-off unit are equipped with imported AC inverters, while the vacuum pump and drive motor use high-quality components. The drawing machine comes in multiple claw types, such as 2-claw, 3-claw, 4-claw, 6-claw, and 8-claw, allowing for saw cutting or planetary cutting. Additional features include a length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, ensuring reliable performance and high productivity.

With special devices, this equipment can also produce spiral inner wall pipes, hollow inner wall pipes, and core layer bulb pipes. It is capable of manufacturing pipes made from materials like PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, and silicon core pipes. The planetary cutting machine is fully automatic and computer-controlled, offering user-friendly operation and stable performance, reaching world-class standards.

Terms of Payment

1. 40% deposit upon order confirmation, followed by production arrangement.
2. Balance payment is due before delivery after the customer checks and accepts the machine.
