Oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer details affect overall performance

The oil-immersed high-voltage test transformer is a basic test equipment used by a large number of users of power plants, power supply bureaus, and research institutes to conduct AC voltage withstand tests. It has passed the standards of the National Quality Supervision Bureau and is used for various electrical products and electrical components. , Insulation materials, etc. Under the specified voltage insulation strength test, evaluation of the product's insulation level, found the insulation of the test product, the ability to measure the voltage.

The product is compact in structure, versatile, easy to use and stable in performance. It is particularly convenient for users to detect the insulation performance of various electrical equipments at the scene. There are three types of AC, AC and DC, and AC series. The unique structure of the symmetric octagonal shell with axisymmetric symmetry; can output double high pressure. The oil level in the fuel tank is lower than the tank edge, avoiding oil leakage. Terminals are on the cover to avoid collisions and improve mechanical and electrical performance. It has the characteristics of compact structure, stable electrical performance, sufficient capacity, small size, light weight, convenient use and maintenance, etc.

Precautions:

1. When doing high-pressure tests, it must be attended by 2 or more people, and clear division of labor should be done to clarify the contact method between each other. And there are special people to monitor the safety of the scene and observe the test status of the sample;

2. The transformer and control box should have reliable grounding;

3. During the test, the boosting speed must not be too fast, and sudden full-voltage power-on or power-off must not be allowed.

4. In the process of step-up or pressure test, if any of the following abnormalities are found, immediately step down the pressure, cut off the power supply, stop the test, and check the cause before doing the test.

(1) The voltmeter pointer swings greatly;

(2) Insulation burned odors and smoke were found;

(3) There are abnormal sounds in the tested product;

5. During the test, if the sample is short-circuited or breakdown, the over-current relay in the control box will work. At this time, the regulator will be returned to zero position and the power supply will be cut off before removing the sample;

6. When conducting capacitance test or DC high-pressure leakage test, after the test is completed, reduce the voltage regulator to zero and cut off the power. Then, discharge the high-voltage terminal of the test sample or capacitor to the ground with the discharge rod to avoid The potential remaining in the capacitor is at risk of electric shock.

Nickel Based Alloy Powder

Nickel-based alloy powders are commonly used in plasma transfer arc welding (PTAW) due to their excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, and good weldability. These alloys are typically composed of nickel as the base metal, with various alloying elements added to enhance specific properties.

Some commonly used nickel-based alloy powders for PTAW include:

1. Inconel 625: This alloy powder is widely used for PTAW due to its high strength, excellent resistance to corrosion, and oxidation at elevated temperatures. It is commonly used in applications involving seawater, chemical processing, and aerospace industries.

2. Hastelloy X: This alloy powder is known for its high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. It is commonly used in applications involving gas turbine engines, industrial furnace components, and chemical processing.

3. Monel 400: This alloy powder is known for its excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly in marine environments. It is commonly used in applications involving seawater, chemical processing, and oil refining.

4. Inconel 718: This alloy powder is known for its high strength, excellent resistance to corrosion, and good weldability. It is commonly used in applications involving aerospace, oil and gas, and nuclear industries.

5. Inconel 601: This alloy powder is known for its excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion. It is commonly used in applications involving heat treatment equipment, chemical processing, and power generation.

These nickel-based alloy powders can be used in PTAW processes to create high-quality welds with excellent mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
