The shelf life drops sharply, but these leaks cannot be detected with current gas measurement methods.

However, the “water detection method” can detect a leakage of 25 μm in the best case, and during the test, due to the expansion of the packaging in water, the “water detection method” can only detect a leakage of >50 μm in most cases. hole.
Despite the enormous challenges faced in the testing of sealability of dairy products, the cost of testing is high, and the production of other powder products also faces similar testing requirements. Most powder products have a high unit cost and are sensitive to moisture and oxygen. Therefore, the increase of moisture and oxygen in the package will greatly shorten the shelf life of the product.
