A: -We prefer 100% advance payment as the first option.
-Orders under USD10,000 require full prepayment.
-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most business.
-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60-day terms may be considered after negotiation.
-L/C with more than 60-day terms will not be accepted.
-D/P at sight may be acceptable after negotiation, while others will not.
-D/A and O/A are generally not accepted.
-Partial payments can be negotiated, but typically we require at least 30% advance, with the balance paid before shipment.
Q: How long is the lead time for orders?
A: -Typically, the lead time is 45-60 days, depending on order quantity and production schedule.
-Lead time starts from the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment as per contract.
-Some rush orders can be fulfilled within 30 days or even faster, subject to approval.
