Paper moisture meter use method:

1. First select the gear according to the paper being tested. (8 files: carton, corrugated cardboard; 7 files: sheetboard paper; 5 files: 50 grams or less; 4 files: corrugated cardboard, writing paper, kraft paper, cardboard paper; 2 files: newsprint paper, whiteboard paper, coated board paper ; 0 files: copper plate paper, copy paper, fax paper) due to different paper structure of different dielectric coefficients, the above stalls for the recommended stalls, if any errors, can be compared to verify such as: measuring a known moisture is 8% For paper, when the dial is at 6-speed, the number is displayed as 8.0. 2. Hand-held instrument (without the probe touching the measured object). Turn on the switch (turn the switch ON). The number is displayed within ±0.5. If it is not within its range, adjust the zero knob slowly so that the number is displayed within ±0.5. You can.

3、Measurement: press the probe against the paper surface (paper thickness should be more than lcm), the sensor round head and the paper surface contact is a straight line, not only the instrument and paper remain parallel, open the switch (turn the switch to ON) until the digital stability , The displayed number is the measured material moisture value. The entire test process takes only a few seconds.

Due to the different structure of the paper, its dielectric constant is also different. The above stalls are suggested stalls. If there is any error, please check the comparison. For example, if a paper with a known moisture content of 8% is measured and the dial position is 6th gear, the digital display is 08.0. When measuring similar papers later, the gear dial should be turned to 6th.
