HBT60 concrete pump common troubleshooting

As a technically mature concrete construction machine, HBT60 concrete pump has been widely used in construction and bridge construction. Its main working mode is "Electronic Control - Hydraulic". In order to promptly and accurately determine the cause and location of the malfunction of the machine during use, and to eliminate the fault as soon as possible, the common fault phenomenon and maintenance method of the machine during use are listed. as follows:

1 motor with load start

That is, when the "host start" switch of the panel is operated, the main motor cannot be started or the pumping action is automatically performed after the bare start.

First check if the AC contactor is “burned out”. If yes, replace the contacts of the AC contactor; if not, disassemble the wires of the solenoid valves A and B that control the pumping action, and re-operate the “Host Start” switch. If the phenomenon is eliminated, the pumping switch is “straight through”; if the fault persists, check whether the solenoid spool is “snapped”. If yes, replace the solenoid valves A and B; if not, the main safety valve leaks or the spool The card is dead and needs to be replaced.

2 operate the pumping switch, do not pump

Check the pressure of the main oil pressure gauge. If the pressure is zero, the solenoid valve A does not work, usually the switch, circuit or solenoid valve coil is damaged. If the pressure is too large (27.4MPa), the solenoid valve B does not work or The control oil passage shutoff valve is not open.

3 for anti-pump switch, no anti-pump

Check the pressure of the main oil pressure gauge. If the pressure is normal (reversing oil pressure 10.5MPa), the solenoid valves C and D will not work; usually the switch and the line are damaged; if the pressure is too large (27.4MPa), then C, D two solenoid valves have only one job. The maintenance of the solenoid valve is the same as in the previous example.

4 delivery piston stroke is automatically shortened

First check if the stroke adjustment valve is tightened and closed. If not, tighten it. If yes, remove the valve spool and check if the seal is damaged. If yes, replace the valve plug; if not, replace the valve plug and check the closed circuit. Whether the unloading pressure of the safety valve is lower than 12 MPa, and if so, the adjustment is accurate. If not, the main hydraulic cylinder seal leaks. If the main hydraulic cylinder cannot be repaired immediately, the piston pull-out valve can be loosened to It is guaranteed that the stroke will not be shortened and the pressure during the reversing will not exceed 11 MPa, so that the leakage compensation can be used for a short time.

5 spool valve malfunction

Check if the sliding rod lubrication is good. If not, clean the spool valve assembly and repair the lubrication line and its distribution valve; if yes, check if the adjustment pressure of the sequence valve is 10.5MPa, if not, adjust to the accuracy; if yes, check the storage Whether the pressure of the energy device is lower than 5.5MPa, if it is, it must be inflated; if not, it is a serious internal leakage of the spool hydraulic cylinder or the wrong connection of the oil pipe.

6 washing oil pump heating and high pressure leakage

Check if the washing operation is in place. If not, adjust the length of the fork to the proper position; if it is, the direction of the unloading groove on the gear pump cover is reversed, and the direction needs to be changed.

7 operate the water wash rod, the pump is not drained or the pressure is low

First check if the water absorption filter is clogged. If yes, clean the filter; if not, check the water cylinder piston seal for damage. If it is, replace it; if not, check the water pump suction valve for leaks. If yes, adjust the spring. Or replace; if not, check whether the unloading pressure of the water-washing safety valve is lower than 16MPa, if yes, adjust to the accuracy; if not, check whether the washing rod can be pulled to the working position, if not, adjust the length of the fork to the appropriate position; If it is, it is the inner leakage of the pump hydraulic cylinder or the wrong oil pipe.
8 oil temperature is too high

When the pump is in normal use, the oil temperature is too high above 75 °C.

First check if the cooling air cooler of the cooler is clogged, if it needs to be cleaned; if not, check if the control oil passage stop valve is fully open, if not, completely loosen; if yes, check if the throttle screw in the pressure reducing valve group is If it is, reinstall it tightly; if not, it is a serious leak in the main oil pump. At this time, the main oil pump has a large noise, and the friction pair or the entire main oil pump needs to be replaced.

Finally, it should be noted that each time the hydraulic components are disassembled, the manual reversing valve must be stopped and the residual pressure must be operated to prevent the high pressure oil from injuring people.
