·Fangxing Rubber's first all-steel passenger car tires off the assembly line

Recently, domestic tire companies launched a full-steel radial passenger car tire, and successfully off the assembly line.

This tire was jointly developed by Dongying Fangxing Rubber Co., Ltd., Totto (Qingdao) Tire Technology Co., Ltd. (TTA) and Bekaert (China) Technology R&D Center.

Fangxing Rubber is the manufacturer of this tire.

The company said it has become the world's first company to produce all-steel passenger car tires in volume.

According to Fangxing Tire, the tire is used in SUVs to improve the sidewall impact resistance of complex road conditions.

Experts in the industry told Tire World. In general, when designing SUV tires, especially off-road tires (such as MT), tire manufacturers will design the carcass layer into three layers instead of a single-layer steel carcass.

It is worth mentioning that Fangxing Rubber's all-steel passenger car tires developed rapidly, from project establishment to product off-line, in less than six months.
