A visit to the Crimson Aerial facility in Ephrata, PA two weeks ago revealed three units at different stages of the production process. One was already on its way to the company’s South Dakota location for body installation, while another was a few days behind schedule. The third chassis had not yet had the aerial mounted and was still in an earlier phase of assembly. At this point, all three units should have arrived in South Dakota and are likely progressing through the next steps of their build.
Observing the progress of these units gives insight into the detailed and meticulous nature of the manufacturing process. Each step, from the initial frame assembly to the mounting of the aerial and the integration of various components, requires precision and coordination. It's clear that the team at Crimson Aerial is working efficiently to ensure each unit meets the high standards expected by their customers. As these units move forward, it's exciting to see how they will be customized and delivered to their final destinations.
