â— Anti-corrosion chemical level gauge with liquid level transmission output:
a. When installing instruments with explosion-proof requirements, the user must abide by the "Electrical Safety Regulations for Hazardous Locations in the People's Republic of China"; maintenance must be carried out in a safe place. The power must be switched off during installation and maintenance. After confirming that the power is off, open the instrument junction box. The ground terminal on the instrument's junction box must be connected to a reliable ground wire. During the adjustment and use, care should be taken to protect the explosion-proof threaded joint surface on the instrument junction box, and there must be no scratches or collisions.
b. After the on-site display part of the instrument is put into operation, connect the liquid level to the transmitter of the output level gauge and connect the instrument junction box to confirm that the seal can be energized.
c. Observe the liquid level value of the digital display. If the liquid level value of the liquid level transmission output level gauge is inconsistent with the liquid level value displayed on the spot, you can loosen the hose clamp and adjust the upper and lower positions of the liquid level transmitter. Until the agreement is reached. Then tighten the hose clamp.
