All stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, metallurgy, power station, food and other industrial sectors to measure the pressure of various fluid media in the process flow with high corrosion and high temperature resistance requirements.

1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is -40~70°C and the relative humidity is no more than 80%. If it deviates from the normal use temperature by 20±5°C, the additional temperature error must be included.
2. The meter must be installed vertically to try to maintain the same level as the measurement point. If the difference is too high, the additional error caused by the liquid column is included. The measurement gas may not need to be considered. During installation, the rear explosion vent of the case should be blocked so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance.
3. Measurement range for normal use of the instrument: 3/4 of the upper measurement limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measurement limit under fluctuation. In the case of the above two pressures, the measurement of a large pressure gauge should not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum portion should be used when measuring vacuum.
4. In case of any troubles such as failure of the instrument pointer, loose internal parts, or failure of normal operation, etc., during maintenance, contact the manufacturer for repair.
5. The meter should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
6. Please specify when ordering: the model and name of the instrument; the measuring range of the instrument; the accuracy level of the instrument deviates from the positive packaging requirements and others.

8. Before installation, check whether the model, specification and accuracy of the instrument meet the requirements of the instrument. Check whether the connector thread and the installed female thread of the meter are the same.
9. The pressure gauge should be installed vertically, the inclination is generally not more than 30°, and try to keep the same level with the measuring point so as not to cause indication error.
10. After installation, in the absence of pressure, observe whether the pointer is in the zero position or close to the disk staple. Otherwise, it should not be used.
11. When measuring steam pressure, the lower end of the pressure gauge should be equipped with an annular pipe. Water is used to transfer steam pressure during use to avoid high temperature steam rushing into the spring pipe, affecting the accuracy of the meter, or inadvertently melting the solder, causing the meter to leak. Accidents or burns.
